Cancellation & Refund Policy for Group Coaching Programs

Your purchase of our service indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidlines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Empowering-Change. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to accommodations when needed.

In general these guidelines apply for refunds and cancellations:

  • The client may cancel within 48 hours of purchase and request a refund. It will be issued minus a 10% transaction fee. To cancel, send your request to Eve@empowering-change.com

  • If unexpected circumstances arise within the first month or before the completion of four sessions, the Client may request to end services. For programs which are paid in full, a refund will be issued minus 35%.

In either case, the client must clearly state their decision to cancel and the reason for said cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour from the Client.

Empowering-Change will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Cient about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of the Company, a refund may or may not issued for the remainder of the contract term.
